GREEK LAMB SHANK - Baked Lamb Shank cooked with a red wine sauce and topped with a flavorful brown gravy. 

GREEK SALAD - sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and olives.  Seasoned with salt and oregano.   Greek salad is often imagined as a farmer's breakfast or lunch, as its ingredients resemble those that a Greek farmer might have on hand.

GRECIAN PLATE - A combination of one lamb shank, rice, bread and two vegetarian dolmathes.
